Jen Retail Properties

Jen Retail Properties Ltd is a privately owned family company that was established as Intro International Limited in 1991 with acquisitions in Australia in the retail property sector.

After the companies’ establishment, Jen Retail Properties expanded through acquisitions of further shopping centres in both Australia and New Zealand and through the redevelopment of our existing centres. Our portfolio spans convenience and community based centres through to CBD centres.

Jen Retail Properties head office is situated in Brisbane, Australia where the company oversees our seven retail centres along the eastern seaboard of Australia. Our portfolio currently comprises of four centres in Brisbane, one on the Gold Coast Queensland, one in Sydney New South Wales, and one in Melbourne Victoria. We also own one commercial property in the Brisbane CBD, along with two childcare centres in Kenmore and Chapel Hill.

Jen Retail Properties will continue to expand, both through the redevelopment of existing properties and through the acquisition of additional quality properties.
